I'm going to keep this short and sweet seeing as how I've been up for nearly 22 hours straight with no naps or even so much as an hour to lie down. "But Starman," I hear you ask, "why don't you just go to bed and write the show report after you've slept?"

Because I cannot rest until this - the show report for our Third Anniversary Show is complete! Also, I'm pretty sure that if I fall asleep, I won't remember to write this after I wake up seeing as how I'm also staring down a deadline for writing an article about the Wizard World Texas Convention for the magazine I write for.

I blame Wizard World and the Dallas Fetish Ball for why we had a smaller than usual turn out than usual for this show. All the freaks were flogging one another or being flogged somewhere in Dallas and all the geeks were passed out from exhaustion having to spend all day walking while lugging around several long-boxes full of vintage Uncanny X-Men in search of the final issue needed to complete their collection - #217. A very special issue in which Kitty Pryde takes part in her first lesbian orgy.

But I digress.

It wasn't all that bad of a show, honestly. Wes was repeatedly body-slammed and assaulted by Squid, which is always good for a laugh. The suffering of dumb creatures always makes me feel better... especially when the creature is Wes.

I also nearly took myself out of the game when I tripped over Wolf in the dark, which was quite ammusing to the three people that saw it happen.

Wasn't the best show we've ever done but it was far from the worst at the same time. I think that's all I have to say about that.

Next month though... oh, next month. Clear your calendars now, folks because the event of the Bastard Season is nigh. December 22nd, the longest night of the year, will be the date of our next theme show. We shall celebrate this momentous occasion (as well as any other holidays that are held around that time) with our First Annual "Chicks With Dicks" show, wherein every single part will be played by a male actor or a male actor dressed as an actress.
