Halloween is pretty much Rocky Christmas, and no one stuffs your stocking like Los Bastardos. We certainly stuffed the Inwood Theater on Friday night because we sold the place out. A big crowd of virgins in various stages of costume (and undress, bless them) braved the cold to come out and have their cherries popped on the best night of the year.

Many weeks of choreography, well-rehearsed booty shaking and the most annoying song you've ever been required to enjoy paid off with the "All About That Bass" pre-show which was well loved, especially after a special guest appearance by Baby Seamus himself, Simsie.

The Halloween costume contest brought out lots of great outfits, including "sexy" versions of WALL-E and Eva, Greg Abbott I MEAN Harvey Dent, lots of Rocky characters and some racist caricatures. However, the thirst prevailed and Jessica Rabbit won the day. Bless her heart, and everything within a foot and a half radius of it.

The show went fantastically as our cast left everything they had on the stage. Sims and Renny stomped and fainted as Brad and Janet, Jenny glowered with maniacal glee as Frank, and Gus and Patricia brought the Riff and Maggie skills so well loved in New Mexico. Add in a fantastic performance by Sean and his horribly conspicuous junk and you have a Halloween to remember.

One great show would have been enough. Two great shows? The hell you say! The Bastards had less than 24 hours to pretend to sleep, cram tacos in their face and recaffinate in time for Halloween Hangover!
