Gwen's Corner

This is the week after the second Tied to a Bastard, and the SURPRISE Name Out of the Hat show. Now, I know that all of the cast whines and whines from time to time that I (Madame Leah, duh) never let them have any fun, and this is simply not true. There is always potential to have fun, especially in this situation. Take last weeks show, for instance. I decided that we should create one big clusterfuck of a show, and the only way I thought that I could screw it up even more than it already was, was mix up the parts and make the cast play parts that they didn't want to EVER play. For that reason I decided upon the lineup as it was, because no one would ever think that those people would try out for those parts, but I knew that they would be totally capeable of playing them. :) I had a pretty good time, other than the serious rope burn around my waist from the rope that kept jerking me around. Most of it was pretty fun! I enjoyed Transie-ing with 9000 people on there, it was great! There were many many of us onstage and most people were very confused. The cast cleared it up and got down to business pretty soon. I thought that they did a super bang-up job myself. ;-)
